Rory has a successful career in the property industry. His curiosity and enthusiasm for the car wash investment sector eventually led him to the opportunity to create Car Wash Sales and Advisory. Rory was impressed by the industry's significant growth potential and witnessed other sectors with similar fundamentals undergo consolidation, growth, and third-party investment, driving change and expansion.
With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property, Rory is a qualified property valuer and a licensed real estate agent across all states of Australia. He excelled as a Senior Director at CBRE Asia Pacific, Industrial and Logistics, where he worked with institutional, corporate, and private clients, specialising in high-value industrial and logistics assets. During his time at CBRE, Rory was involved in over $13 billion in industrial transactions.
Before his successful property career, Rory began his journey as a professional Australian Rules (AFL) sportsperson in 1996, playing for nearly a decade with the Brisbane Lions and Richmond Tigers Football Clubs. His unwavering dedication, commitment to team success, strong work ethic, and winning mentality gave Rory a solid foundation when it came time to pursue new endeavours.
In addition to CWSA, Rory is an active director of Washco Express, which operates a car wash in Metropolitan Melbourne. After fully refurbishing the site and significantly enhancing the revenue, the experience gained has provided him with direct insight into this process. It provides him with a 360-degree approach to operation and industry development. This experience and his previous business history allow him to better service car wash vendors and advise new-to-industry capital looking for a foothold in the car wash sector.
Cameron Polson

Previously, Cam worked in his family's commercial cleaning business, where he honed his skills in winning new business and fostering customer relationships. Known for his entrepreneurial drive and commitment to delivering results, Cam brings a strategic mindset and a client-centric approach to his role, making him a valuable asset to our team.
Cam's professional journey began on the field, with four years at Carlton Football Club, followed by his ongoing tenure with the Williamstown Football Club, where he has proudly served as captain for the past three years. His leadership in competitive sports has strengthened his ability to work effectively in a team environment, instilling a strong work ethic and resilience that have carried over into his corporate career. Before joining CWSA in 2023, Sally consulted with the business for nearly a year, helping refine its marketing approach and external communications. Before that, she held senior roles in marketing, brand strategy, and operations at leading agencies and property firms. From high-level campaign strategy to the finer details of content creation, Sally understands how to position investment opportunities for maximum impact.
Beyond marketing, she is vital in improving internal efficiency, streamlining team communications, and supporting training initiatives to enhance CWSA's service delivery. Her structured approach helps ensure consistency across the business while allowing the team to focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Kate Brooks
